Only accessible HYRIS bCUBE™ are listed in the Devices menu on HYRIS bAPP™. This means that a HYRIS bCUBE™ must satisfy the following conditions in order to be visible to a User:
- HYRIS bCUBE™ must be assigned to the Company;
- HYRIS bCUBE™ must be linked to the Company Swarm(s).
Remember that the Administrator Users see all Company HYRIS bCUBE™ while the other Users, such as Manager and Operator see only the HYRIS bCUBEs™ linked to its proper Swarms
To link the HYRIS bCUBE™ to the Company, send an email to support@hyris.net indicating:
- The HYRIS bCUBE™ Serial Number reported on the label attached on the bottom surface of the device;
- The email address related to one of the accounts of the Company registered on HYRIS bAPP™
After the completion of the association by Hyris support team, a confirmation email will be sent and the HYRIS bCUBE™ will be listed on the Devices page after a browser page refresh.
