2. Operative Procedure for account activation on HYRIS bAPP™

After the creation of the Company and consequently the first account, the first user will receive a confirmation email by Hyris like the example shown below.

Operative Steps

  • Click the set_password_btn.PNG button;
  • A new page will open, in which fill the new password and confirm it;
  • Agree with the Terms and conditions;
  • Click on set_new_password_btn.PNG to confirm.

Password set-up Rules

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Maximum 64 characters
  • Must contain upper and lower case letters
  • Must contain at least one number
  • Must contain at least one special character

The account will be activated after a confirmation message, and the user will be able to access HYRIS bAPP™ with his own credentials. The new user has an Administrator profile as default and can create the other users for the employees of the Company.

WARNING:

  • Fake or wrong emails won't be activated.

  • Activation email is valid for 48 hours after the account creation.

  • In case activation email is not received, please check the spam folder and make sure the given email is valid and correct.

  • Contact support.hyris.net in case of expired or not received email
