3. How can I create a new user in my Company?

In the ''Users'' menu are listed all the users of a specified Company. The Administrator of the Company, by clicking on the button will create a new user. A new window will be open in which the Administrator have to report:

  • The user’s first name;
  • The user’s last name;
  • The user’s email;
  • The user’s profile to assign selecting it from the drop-down menu; the available profiles are:
    • Administrator;
    • Manager;
    • Operator;
  • The default language selecting it form the drop-down menu.

Then click on the ''Save'' button to confirm the User creation.

Note: 

  • It is not possible to create two accounts with the same user email;

  • In case of issues with an account activation, do not delete it and contact us at support@hyris.net

After the account creation the user will receive a confirmation email by Hyris like the one shown below:

 

Operative Steps

  • Click the set_password_btn.PNG button;
  • A new page will open, in which fill the new password and confirm it;
  • Agree with the Terms and conditions;
  • Click onset_new_password_btn.PNG  to confirm.

 

The account will be activated after confirmation message, and the user will be able to access HYRIS bAPP™ with his own credentials

WARNING:

  • Fake or wrong emails won't be activated;

  • Please, write support@hyris.net in case of expired or not received email

  • The activation email is valid for 48 hours after the account creation;

  • In case activation email is not received, please check the spam folder and make sure the given email is valid and correct.
