HYRIS bCUBE^TM is a Real-time PCR device which allow DNA and RNA amplification and real-time detection. Nucleic amplification is obtained through specific thermal amplification protocols. The device can also perform isothermal amplification.
Target cDNA detection is obtained via optical measurement of the sample fluorescence, coming by specific fluorophores present in the analysis mixture.
HYRIS bCUBE^TM is designed to be used only with specific and dedicated disposable cartridges, supplied by Hyris S.r.l. These cartridges are available in two different size, housing different numbers of reaction chambers (wells) and allowing different samples volume (10-30 µl). HYRIS bCUBE^TM can be controlled by Desktop PC / Laptop / Tablet / Smartphone, using Ethernet or W-Fi connection.
